We would like to inform you that the express companies we use, such as Fedex, UPS, and DHL, are currently operating normally. If the parcel is shipped from China, it will take 7-10 working days to arrive from the day we receive the order. The package will be sent to the express company for checking first. The tracking number will be available 1-2 days after placing the order, and we will send a confirmation email within 24 hours after receiving the payment. Please note that this confirmation email may sometimes go to your spam folder. Once we have the tracking number, we will notify you via the PayPal system. Sometimes, the package may stay in the shipping company warehouse, which may add 2-3 days to the delivery time, depending on the detailed schedule. The local custom clearance time varies in each country.
We are pleased to announce that WeMacro now has a US warehouse (https://www.wemacro.com/US/) and a German warehouse (www.wemacro.de). Both warehouses are now shipping normally, and the product category will gradually increase.
For users who place orders to wemacro.com from EU addresses:
We are unable to ship your order from our German warehouse. If you need to ship from our German warehouse, please place your order at wemacro.de. The prices on “wemacro.de” include VAT tax.
Warranty
The product comes with a one-year warranty. If the product is damaged due to non-human causes, we provide free replacement parts. If it is the control box or the main unit of the rail that is damaged, the parts will be shipped from China. During the warranty period, customers do not need to pay for shipping costs for repairs or replacements. After one year, if there are any issues, we will only charge for the necessary parts or service costs, which may vary depending on the parts.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser.
Refund and return policy
Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since you received the goods, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging box.
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be approved:
The device shows clear signs of human damage
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Generally, this will be completed within 7 business days after we receive the return. If the outer packaging and accessories are intact, the maximum refund rate is 100%, excluding the shipping cost. If any parts of the product are missing or damaged, the refund rate will be less than 100%.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately, and the payment will be automatically returned to your credit card or original payment method .
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
